Mrs. Stun Gun provides the following shipping options:

Return Policy
We check all items before they leave our warehouse to ensure they are working properly. We have a 15 day return policy for all stun guns that are defective or broken during transport. If your item is broken or defective upon arrival, please contact customercare@mrsstungun.com to obtain assistance in the return process. Please include your transaction number. All defective TASER products are processed through TASER.
If your stun gun is defective, you will need to ship the defective item to our warehouse at your cost. Upon receipt, we will send the replacement item. Mrs. Stun Gun will provide free shipping for the replacement item.
Before returning an item, please change the batteries before you deem your product broken or defective. Returned items found to be defective due to weak batteries will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Mrs. Stun Gun will not accept returns of any used item, or any item without intact tags and in original condition. All parts, accessories and instructions must be included in order to receive full credit. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.
Non-US Orders/Prohibited Orders
Customers who ask to have their purchase delivered to countries or US states where stun guns and TASER® products are prohibited will have their funds returned to their PayPal account less a $20.00 US processing fee. Mrs. Stun Gun WILL NOT ship to prohibited states or countries.
Mrs. Stun Gun does not ship outside of the US. Any order from outside the US will be refunded less a $20 processing fee.
Privacy Policy
We believe in discretion. For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. You won't even see our store name on the return address. We ship using a plain brown packaging.
