Q:  Is it legal to carry a stun gun or TASER® in my state?

• It is legal to carry stun guns and TASER  products in every state except:  HI, IL, NY, NJ, DC, RI, MA, Baltimore MD, Philadelphia PA.
• Michigan only allows TASER sales. We can not sell stun guns in Michigan.
• Wisconsin only allows TASER sales. We can not sell stun guns in Wisconsin.

Q:  Will you ship product to Canada or overseas?

• No.  These products are illegal in Canada and many other nations.

Q:  Is there a return policy?

• We have a 15 day return policy for all items that are defective or broken during transport.

Q:  What are the product warranties?

• All stun guns are covered by either a lifetime or 5 year warranty.  TASER® products have a one year warranty.  Detailed warranty information is provided in each product specification.

Q:  When will my product be delivered?

• We do our best to process all orders the same day they are made.  However, it may take 24 hours to process.  Free shipping takes 1-5 days for delivery.
